I 've got an Elektror HSM7 made in 1940 but very seriously damaged!

The shutter is missing, the stator is broken to pieces! New holes were opened to hold the stator whith screws but they don' t fit!

I tryed to stick together the parts twice, but when I placed it on the plate and tryed to screw the bolts, firstly the rotor couldnt move and secondly broke again!!!

Any ideas ?

Move to trash an buy another one.

i think you have to look for another HSM7 or you have to look for a new stator.

I wouldn't throw the siren away, maybe you need some spare parts and I think the most parts of the siren are in good condition.

I tryed today to stick together the parts with Cold Weld which is used in industry... I hope it will work.

I think it's nearly impossible to find another stator...

Finally I managed to stick together the rotor parts and I painted the siren...

It funktions well but sometimes the rotor hits the stator.

As I saw the siren in that bad condition, I never thought it would ever work again properly.

Alles gut! Everything can be restored!

This HSM 7 looks like "my" HSM 8. Good colors

which is the difference between HSM7 and HSM8?

The HSM 8 - Stator and Rotor are bigger! Look at the photos!
