Code funktioniert nicht richtig

Moin.

Seit geraumer Zeit kann ich keine Sirenenstandorte mehr eintragen, da der Code hier zu spinnen scheint. Wenn ich fertig bin, die Sirene auszufüllen und dann Absenden möchte, hat er Probleme mit dem phpBB Code. Die Sonderbuchstaben und Zeichen scheinen nicht zu funktionieren. Ich füge mal die Fehlermeldung an.

Hm, bei mir zeigt er diese Meldung auch jedes mal an, aber wenn ich sie ignoriere und einfach zweimal zurückgehe, taucht das eingetragene trotzdem ganz normal ohne irgendwelche Fehler auf.
